- Assess whether your photograph is suitable for creating your artwork
- Create your commissioned artwork
- Conduct our studio review
- Provide an artwork review where you have selected one

- Prepare your artwork for printing and framing
- Fulfil and deliver your order
- Resolve questions, faults, remakes or other issues relating to your commission
We do not use photographs you provide, commissioned artwork created from them, or your pet's name for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes without your permission.
Marketing and advertising
We may use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, including to send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and to display or facilitate online advertising.
You may opt out of promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.
As explained above, this does not mean we will use your pet's photograph, commissioned artwork or pet's name in our marketing without your permission.

Customer photographs and commissioned artwork
We recognise that photographs provided to create your artwork are entrusted to us for a specific purpose.
We use your photograph and associated information as reasonably necessary to assess, create, review, produce and fulfil your commission, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations.
Providing a photograph to us does not give us permission to use your photograph, commissioned artwork or pet's name for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes.
If we would like to feature your photograph or commissioned artwork publicly, we will seek your permission separately.

Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
